I swam there at school and enjoyed watching my kids have swimming lessons there ,it would be so wrong to close it.

I went to school at Springfield and the swimming lessons were an invaluable part of our curriculum and a rarity in schools. Losing this facility would have a negative effect on the wider community when knowing how to swim in a coastal region being so important
