I have been hearing so many stories from you all about how Sharon actually helped your kids and it is honestly overwhelming to read through them while I drink my coffee in the morning. People keep asking me what the next step is but for now I am just focusing on getting these messages into the right hands so they realize what they are losing here.

I really cannot believe how many people have rallied behind Sharon today. It honestly blows my mind that so many of you care about her and the impact she has on our kids, which really makes me think we might actually have a shot at keeping her right where she belongs.

Keep her! She is the heart of that place.
My kids adore her. honestly don't know what we would do without her help all the time. so unfair.
Totally disagree with this decision. Sharon is the gold standard for how staff should treat families and our kids.
sharon has been so amazing with my son. he actually looks forward to going because of her. the school would lose a gem if they let her go.
Fix this immediately!!! she is the only person who actually knows how to run things efficiently.

This is just total nonsense. she works harder than anyone else in that building and always has a smile on her face for the kids.
