I really need people to grab a phone or laptop and push this link out because we are creeping up on that twenty five hundred mark and the brass at the base definitely notices when numbers spike like that. It is actually wild to think about how many of us feel the same way about these flight paths and the local economy because sometimes it just feels like shouting into the wind until you see the count going up.

I was looking at the total earlier and we are creeping up on a hundred which is honestly wild because I barely knew how to start this thing. If everyone who already put their name down could drop the link in one group chat or maybe just onto their timeline we might actually hit that mark before I even get a chance to make coffee again.

My husband works here and we have built our life in Fife. Closing this would ruin so many families. Think about the people not just the budget.
Ridiculous decision. You cant just move everything down south and expect it to work the same. Scottish skies need a base.
Total waste of money moving everything. The training grounds are here for a reason. Keep our base open.
Disgraceful. These guys do an amazing job for the country and deserve better than this.
It keeps the north safe and the rescue helicopters are a lifeline. Dont shut it down.

Keep Leuchars open. The local economy depends on it and the history is massive. Absolute madness to lose such a vital base.
