A pending Outline Planning Application 05301/07, threatens to demolish the entire environmental / biodiversity systems of the lower reaches of Wied Ghajn Zejtuna, its protected species of flora, fauna and their habitat, including Potamon, the Maltese fresh water crab,and his many friends.
Such irresponsible, unsustainable development will cause irreparable damage to our natural heritage, for that reason I / We the undersigned strongly object to:
* any increase in the developable site area,
* any decrease in the protected environmental area,
* any increase in the one dwelling per tumolo density.

The developers behind application 05301/07 still think they can pave over our heritage without anyone noticing. We are watching every move they make and we will not let them destroy the habitat of the Maltese fresh water crab for the sake of greed.

Keep our green areas green! We are losing everything that makes Malta beautiful.
Ridiculous. Leave the crabs alone and find a different spot that isnt already full of protected life.
Save Wied Ghajn Zejtuna. Enough is enough with these permits.
Stop destroying our island for more concrete. There is nowhere left for nature to hide.
THEY ARE PROTECTED SPECIES FOR A REASON. DO NOT DEMOLISH THEIR HABITAT!!!
