I am currently coordinating with legal counsel to finalize the formal appeal documents for Filimone Lacanivalu. We are securing affidavits regarding his nine years of service to ensure his record is fully represented in the upcoming review.

The momentum generated by this petition has prompted a response from the Home Office. We are currently preparing a formal legal submission to challenge the administrative oversight and secure a stay of deportation.

British army vet getting kicked out over a mistake? Someone needs to be fired for this one. Let the man stay.
This is a disgrace. We need to look after our own, the ones who put their lives on the line for us instead of bowing down to Europe and allowing terrorists to blight our country
Disgusting when you let people in our country who abuse and hate our flag. The people who authorise this must be sacked and deported
Funny how we let just anyone in but kick out a man who actually served. Disgrace.

He served for 9 years! Absolute joke treating him like this when he put his life on the line for us. Sort it out.
