As a sedgefield home owner, I oppose the sale of the space for residential use. If anything it should be redesigned as a local park with a dog park modeled after Frazier park.

I live in this neighborhood and it is already being ripped apart by the Marsh development. Let this be a place people can live in and not another frat house apartment community. Enough is enough!!!
