As a resident of Rockingham, I am extremely worried about how the infrastructure will cope with that amount of people. Roads, sewers, doctors, schools, crime rates! We are already at breaking point with services in the area, I personally don’t think it will cope with an influx of that amount of people but how the hell do we fight a council and government that are as corrupt as the ones we have?

It would ruin all Rotherham not just Greasbrough.
The tragic would be even more gridlocked
and we have enough foreigners in our town that are the worst offenders of littering of any other people I have seen.
The majority of which are scroungers and shoplifters.
So what are the council going to do about that.

I have 3 children and live near to where the supposed builds will be and I moved here because it's quite and safe for the children, with the new traffic lights in Greasbrough it's horrific and has pushed more traffic up this end in rush hours and when potters hill is backed up making it increasingly dangerous for all and with more residents it will be too much for a small area to deal with and it'll become unsafe and even more disruptive for schools ,the community , and getting to and from home.

As a resident of the area we all know the area cannot handle the current amount of traffic yet they want to add 2000+ cars on the roads in and around the surrounding area. Not to mention the detrimental impact it will have on the local wildlife. There are many brown sites in Rotherham that have been left to rot the council could make use of them.
