Why would people want to willing pay for a small block of land in an estate that is directly below a major flight path?

Guildford Primary School is the only public school in the South Guilford School Zone. There are currently 328 students from Years K-7 enrolled at this small, historically significant school. Where are the children from the 800+ planned new residences going to go to school? There are no plans to build a new school in the area, how is Guildford PS going to cater for the potentially 800+ new students? Will it's ovals and play areas be replaced by demountable classrooms? And what about the 800 - 1600+ extra cars that will be travelling through the streets and surrounding suburbs every day. The only entrance in and out of the area is through already congested suburban roads.

My understanding is that the course is owned by an individual, who has the right to sell the land. The logical solution is to find a buyer for the couse who will maintain or further upgrade the course. I do not know the financial viability of the course nor the opportunity cost of the land value, but I do support all efforts to maintain the course.

Not again. We have already lost the brilliant Burswood course and i certainly don't want to lose Rose Hill. Find somewhere else to build the 800 houses.
