I don't plat golf, but the course is also home to many varieties of birdlife, lizards, quendas and kangaroos. Traffic is another major concern ith West Parade a very poor two lane road - no footpaths or bike lanes, and the only way into or out of the area.

My fiancee and I built our first house together in South Guildford, moving in about 15 months ago. For us, and I'm sure most of the new residents at Waterhall estate and elsewhere, the scenic golf course surrounding the approach to the housing estate was a huge drawcard. Obviously turning this area into a sandpit for years while it is developed would be a sad state of affairs - please keep the area in the lovely state has been for so many years, rather than turn it into a generic suburbia!

There is a lot of land in the Eastern Suburbs to develop, Leave Rosehill Golf Course alone.

I travel past the golf course every day to work - it is always busy, looks gorgeous and is a real asset to the local community.

There are very few courses in this area and Rosehill is a beautiful course. Really important to keep green space in residential areas and allow recreational opportunity at reasonable rates
