Brent CAB faces impossible cuts of a third of all its funding from April this year. There is growing concern that the Bureau will now have to cut back on its advice services to compensate for the funding cuts, which amount to a staggering £240,000. Brent CAB provides an essential service for Brent residents. I urge Brent Council to make more resources available to the bureau to enable more residents to be seen.
