my console just died again and I am honestly so frustrated since I have been emailing support all morning and getting absolutely nowhere. It feels like they just hope we get tired of mailing these things back and forth but I am not going to let this slide because my living room is basically a shrine to broken hardware right now.

it is a known hardware failure and they act like it is our fault. stop sending us junk replacements.
my 3rd console just got the red rings. im done paying for shipping to get a broken one back. fix this ms

RIDICULOUS. spent all my savings on this and it lasted a month. total rip off for anyone who actually plays games.
