I urge the Norwalk's Conservation Commission to REJECT the application by Summit Saugatuck LLC. Their project DOES NOT benefit Norwalk at all, and will add more traffic to an already very congested Norwalk.

Having had my home stolen by an evil developer I am concerned. Easements should not be easily removed. Re. the Love canal.

I am strongly opposed to granting the Developer a modification to the existing Conservation Easement- which was negotiated and agreed to over 10 years ago. To modify such an easement - which was intended to be in place for perpetuity - would only confirm what many of us already believe: namely, that Norwalk is for sale to the highest bidder- irrespective of development impacts on existing property owners...

This is a project that should be denied once and for all. What is conservation for if we continually try to get around it? People spend tons of money to live in these areas. They don’t want something like this in the area.

The apartment market is so over saturated already! Why build on wetlands when Norwalk and Westport can’t fill vacant apartments that are currently vacant?

Enough with the apartments and $$ opportunities benefiting the private sector (developers)! Mother Earth can't breathe in Norwalk. Neither can we humans at this rate. Traffic is already out of control in our area.
