Build market rate units in the center of town. Don’t mess with the open space.

The gravel is not environmentally friendly because it does not absorb water. And the gravel will shift overtime with vehicles traversing the path.

It is shameful that developers will go to any means to justify their selfish goals.

This Single handedly will destroy our community, East Norwalk and the properties surrounded with overcrowding, including a lot of additional pass through traffic. I am NOT for building this or any new complexes in the area. We have already been suffocated with crowding in Norwalk, enough , please. Keep our communities beautiful and comfortable living space.

We need more open space, not less. Norwalk is already overcrowded and overcrowding leads to big problems. Quality of life is being eroded.
