Please stop this action and invasion of over zealous building in Norwalk and Westport..the cities are being ruined by over crowding and loss of open space. An Mouth is enough

Do not allow this developer to develop a housing complex. There are enough in this town! Developers are going to ruin westport.

We very, very strongly urge Norwalk to side with Westport in not allowing the subject apartment complex to be approved. There are more reasons to disallow the developer's request than there is space to write about them here. Thank you, sincerely, for your consideration.

Under no circumstances should the Conservation Easement be modified to benefit the developer.

I vote NO for this easement. We need to preserve this land as it stands.

The city of Norwalk must slow down the courting of big developers but rather serve the people of Norwalk!! Where is this city on building low-income housing!? It is unconscionable the neglect of this segment of the population that work in this city!! And let's not forget seniors who have grown up here and contributed to the city!!

Ditto on what others have stated. Open space as designed is just that "OPEN" not developed, no roads etc. Natural buffer and Nature preserve. Period, end of story.

I oppose this developers request to amend the easement. I oppose the building of a new complex.

This project will cause habitat loss to the wildlife in that area now. Can we just keep turning a blind eye to this?

It doesn's seem like the conservation easements should be touched. Agree there is no benefit to Norwalk residents.
