Families of Mother Seton School in Union City, NJ.

Save this school

My children have been attending this school for more than 13 years and I am very grateful for the experience they have had. This school has helped my children grow in their faith. Miss.McErlaine and all of the staff have been nothing but kind and loving to my children and others

Please for the sake of our future dont turn away from our children. God will provide!!!

La escuela es necesaria, muchos niños quedarian excluidos del sistema educatico

Pleade keep school open, its is imoortant for our community

Union City needs Mother Seton Catholic School open for the good of our children.

Please keep it open

School to reopen!!

Mother Seton serves the community and their staff make their mission and vocation to continue to serve

These children are the future of the Catholic church, they need to be centered and strengthen in their faith to face the hardships of the current world. Mother Seton sets a strong foundation of faith to the future of the church and that is a gift from God that we need to defend and protect.

we do not want our school to close it is important to us and our community please

It is horrible to pull the rug from beneath the feet of families and staff depending on a school 3 1/2 weeks before it is set to open. That is quite unfair and uncharitable. You are leaving many people scrambling. I think you should reverse your decision and if you must close, use this year as the last one. At least people know they will have time to move on.

Please don’t close the school.

This school is great for teaching our students the catholic faith. These students are the future of the church. DON’T CLOSE THIS SCHOOL

It is very sad for my family, with two alumni and a current student from Mother Seton, to see how suddenly, with no reason (a projected deficit is not a ground financial justification) ordered the closing of the school, precisely when projections showed that the school would reach about 230 registered students by mid August! Moreover, the Archdioceses is doing that with no previous announcement to the families! Historically, the school hasn't had any financial deficit in recent years. That trouble, if any, started with the pandemic. So, it rather seems a temporary problem than an structural one! Parents, students, teachers, staff, alumni and others that know the School and its Mission are ready to help the school in different ways. It is up to the Archdiocese to keep the School open. With this closing, the Archdioceses is putting at risk the seed of the faith already planted in the future of the Church: Our Children! They will likely face a much harder world than us today. All together need to prepare them from now. The Faith of the Children also Matter. The Students and the Mission of spreading the Good News throughout the neighborhood and beyond done for decades, bringing hope and joy, will disappear just because a few decided so with no sound justification. The question is what goes first: The Children's Faith or passing unsound financial considerations. With due respect, Edgar Pardo, Ph.D.

Save my the my cousins school

Please don't close the school

The students need to learn and work together for a better future. Mother Seton School should remain open.

i really think this is a fantastic school and believe it should NOT shut down, there are barely any bullies, the kids love coming to this school, i believe it should stay open.

This is a brilliant Catholic school. It would be a real tragedy to close this school and hurt all these children and families after they've had to deal with the loss of a beloved principal and the closing of school for Covid. May the Virgin intercede for this school!
