I agree that the traffic will be horrific and we will just more Philly traffic also, and we know what that causes.

I am seriously considering moving out of this area if they build up that land.

Traffic is going to be a nightmare!! We don't need any more retail space or homes! Let come together and preserve our land!!

I echo the sentiments of the other petitioners. We do not need more commercial space eating up your wonderful green forest that we currently have. We don't need another supermarket, Walmart, and we definitely do not need another bank! Please keep our area Green!

Destroying that forest will be an environmental nightmare. The existing animals will relocate to our backyards, the loss of so many trees will raise the air temperature and the traffic will be unbearable. I moved to Marple 31 years ago because of the country feel and undeveloped space. We don't need more commercial space!

Need to stop Crum Creek as an access road from 320 to Blue Route. Must be a consideration of this project.

I've lived in Broomall since I've bben married. 22 years now. We bought my husbands parents house! It was bad enough when they put the Walmart in! We can't have these planned changes.

The residents need to attend meetings and call their commissioner and state rep about this development. It is only a done deal if we just sit back.

We need to stop this development or at least tone it down a notch or two.

There is already enough commercial space in the area. Keep this space in its natural condition.

Its too busy as it is at sproul road. The fact that everyone splits lanes and goes fast make it a very active environment and if cardinal crossing is developed then it will not be a place where you can visit the dead in silence. Traffic, accidents will be multiplied. The disabled people at Don Guanella and kids who run track at O'hara will have limited freedom and will have to stop at drivers who go in the development. The nuns who live and work there will have to go everyday to a overly active community, as they do not deserve this but deserve peace.

As a resident of Marple, i am very concerned about the effect of a town center on my community. Look no further than Marple crossing to see a nightmare of traffic and blight. Refurbish the existing commercial spaces instead of bringing in new ones which will lay the older ones to waste. Also, that much development will mean new schools and who will pay for that?

I agree totally with this movement to stop any rezonng and developement of Don Guanella property, as noted in the written comments by others. Our voices are meaningful so please encourage others to sign and stop this development.
