Please understand and act in accordance with the Marple residents' wishes in stopping any rezoning and development of the Don Guanella site. This land, never developed, not only adds beauty, environmental benefits, and character to our community, I myself moved into this area in 1989 specifically for the reason of such open space, protected land, and "country-like" neighborhoods. I would be strongly opposed to and upset with any changes to the current zoning, which originally drew me to be part of this community. This land is veryspec ial with Exceptional Value (EV) streams and creeks, wildlife, and beauty. I and many other voting residents have expressed our grave concern to changes as being proposed. Thank you for listening to the residents who support our local government through our taxes, our interest, and our participation in these events. Very truly yours, Carol Primavera Paris

Save our green spaces. The town is congested enough as it is. We moved here when I was a child for space, I stayed because it's a small town. Let's keep it small no more building. It's turning into an urban jungle. Cars, people, stores CONGESTION!!! Enough. We need wild spaces, trees, parks and wildlife. Everything shouldn't have a dollar sign on it. Green spaces and untouched areas are PRICELESS!
