That area is full of wildlife. Our township does NOT need another shopping center or the traffic that comes with it....Develop this area and I will leave the town I'm proud to call home.

Was the Township even offered an opportunity to bid on the property? Could we do something where half is developed/half is preserved as green space (trails and fields, something akin to Haverford Reserve)?

Absolutely NO! Why would anybody get rid of "lungs of Marple?"
We have enough shopping centers around here, one of the biggest malls in America is a few minutes from here in King of Prussia, best restaurants in Radnor and downtown Philadelphia! There is new construction of condos and homes in Newtown Square and near by. We do not need or want them here.What are they trying to do here? This is absolutely stupid ! This will only increase crime around here.
