We do not want or need a town center. Our little area is too small and cozy for such nonsense. Bad enough that that horrific walmart was already allowed in to sully that area, too close to home. This is our HOME. m We DON'T want everybody and their brothers traipsing through.

Please save our community - I love Marple and oppose any changes that will affect our quality of life. This is and has always been a special place.

I oppose any rezoning of the Cardinal Crossing (Don Guanella) site as proposed by Goodman Properties. This rezoning will negatively impact the quality of life in Marple and specifically Lawrence Park for decades to come.

The suburbs are no longer suburbs when open spaces become developed. We then are a city without high rises.

If this is going to be larger than King of Prussia then the traffic will be a nightmare. Don't try to change the zoning for your own benefits

I am sure that the people who are approving this wouldn't want this in their back yard. It's the only green space we have and the area will not be able to support all those vehicles.

I have lived in &/or visited family in Marple since 1960. I am completely opposed to the development of the Don Guanella property on Sproul Rd. It will ruin the quality of life of residents in the area.

As a resident of Marple township for over 50 years, I am 100% against this development at Don Guanella property. Obey the current zoning laws !!!

I have resided in Marple my entire life. The traffic has become outrageous, taxes continue to be on the rise (although there are million dollar homes and corporations built) and now our schools will be over crowded. Save the land that provides oxygen via trees, plants etc. We do not want any more homes ruining our quiet towns.

There is a need for more community parks and fields that could be used for lacrosse.
