I am against the proposal to develop the Dom Guanella site. Save our greenspace.

Please save the land near Don Guanella. I don't think we need a shopping center that bad.

One day, I hope more than anything, people will start to stop and think before they act in the name of money.

The undeveloped forest behind the Don Guanella site is the last of its kind in Delaware County. We don't need any more stores - we need more natural green space, to beautify our community and to benefit our shared environment by providing much needed carbon absorption. Please stop Goodman Properties fro developing this land.

Mr. Goodman should not be allowed to impose his will upon the residents of Marple Township and Delaware County because he as a lot of money.

Loss of open space, traffic congestion. water run off, loss of habitat for the existing wild life, loss of large growth trees, impact to our streams and environment. I could go on and on. Once this land is lost, it is lost from us forever.

We rank 18 in air quality in the nation, out of over 3,100+ counties. We need these trees for our survival.

I do not want to see the last remaining open space in Marple Township developed in the way proposed. Traffic in this area is already congested.

There are already multiple developments clogging the roads in Newtown Square and all of Marple Newtown. Please do not further congest 320 by developing this space.

I don't believe in the destruction of nature in the name of the almighty dollar.

Do not take away the animals homes just for the sake of financial gain.

Please save this greenspace! My childhood best friend, David Woodruff loves to ride his dirtbike back here and it would break my heart if he is unable to continue riding back here!

Not in favor of the development. Float a bond and keep as green space. I'll pay a bit more in taxes for that. Pope Francis is concerned re global warming: this proposal just puts more carbon in the air.

We'll be turning this part of deco into a concrete jungle!

This will be a disaster. I live near Lamb Tavern on Hemlock and can barely get out of my area to go to work now hemmed in by Ohara traffic in the morning and US 1 and Reed Road backups. This will bring traffic to a total halt at these times. The light pollution from this development will make my home look like daylight around the clock. Clearly this is all about the money for the township and for the church, as those settlements will not pay for themselves

Save these lands

I don't live in Marple but close by in Springfield; having said that I still feel strongly about this. This does nothing to benefit Delco's citizens. It threatens public health as well as the environment. Lawrence Park Shopping Center has served and continues to serve our communities' retail needs. Why continue to build when there truly is no reason?

I am totally against this project. I see no benefit for my community. Lillian Vecchio
