More green is always better and I'm all for this. I am not for finding a flyer on my windshield about this petition (If I wasn't already alerted to this through facebook -- I would not have signed petition).

I own a business in the industrial park.
Traffic is bad on any weekday after 3 on Sproul Rd. for our deliveries. I can't imagine the greater traffic delays with this proposed project. It's going to cost more employee time sitting in traffic.

We need to hold on to as much open land as possible. Nature needs a place to live also.

Why cannot people learn from their mistakes when it comes to open space and proper zoning and considerate development. No more box stores.

The traffic, noise and pollution in Marple Township and Don Guanella site area in particular is overwhelming already. Any more rezoning and development will worsen the situation and should be considered as a criminal act against Delaware County and Marple Township residents.

You should go door to door with this- many do not know this online petition exists.
It is unconscionable to think this beautiful land, home to much wildlife , would become another ,definitely not needed wasteland combination of stores, housing, and thousands of cars.

I just learned that the Catholic Church was given this land by the township for free. How dare they profit from it now. We need openspace for our health.

We don't need any more shopping centers. We have so little green space as it is. We should preserve this green space for future generations.

Unless overhead passes are built, no matter what you do, traffic will be unbearable.

I am against this development which is unnecessary and will be detrimental to our community, environment and create even more dangerous traffic.
