Mr. Louv was the best teacher I had and arguably the best Social Studies teacher at FUHS. He inspired never to give up on myself and to become informed of real issues in society. His class discussions allowed students to voice their opinions and carry on a moderated, impartial debate. This taught students how to appreciate true tolerance of each other. His lessons still affect my decisions 10 years later. Mr. Louv had a direct affect on my college education in economics and my graduate pursuits in history and government. Mike Louv should be reinstated immediately or the FUHS administration will face the consequences of a very upset and educated (Thank You Mike!) movement of supporters. This I promise and owe to him.

Mr. Louv is my ultimate favorite teacher and I have learned a lot in his class. I was looking forward to being able to have him as a teacher in future years. He makes learning fun and he really cares about the kids in his class. He wants everybody to pass and he makes sure to give everyone the chance. Please let him keep teaching history.

Mr. Louv is a fantastic teacher! He genuinely cares about his students and forms real, lasting bonds with them. I graduated 15 years ago and still am happy when I run into Louv and have an opportunity to talk with him. He always wants to know what's new and how I am doing.
It is a real injustice to students to deny them them opportunity to have a real, caring, dynamic teacher such as Louv. I hope this decision to resign him will be reconsidered.

As a former student of mr. Louv I must say he's truly an inspiration. Inspiring all of his students and giving them what they need to be good future citizens. He changed my high school experience into a positive one and gave me a class to actually look forward too and I enjoyed attending. Thank you Louv for being a teacher who truly cares for his students.

Louv is an amazing teacher. His teaching style meets the needs of kids who learn in ways other than just reading the material. He connects with his students on a higher level. Future students deserve to learn from him and experience his love of history and government.
