Recent accidents on 395 have continued to add to prior year death totals, very dangerous 1 lane each direction road!!! Live in Ridgecrest, CA for the past 35 years and have to use it to go out of town. It's more than time to make it 2 lanes ea. direction!!! Thank you!

It is the shortest, yet most unsafe route to destinations south of Ridgecrest.

So many lives needlessly lost! More lanes and road dividers are a must. Put our tax dollars to work for us!

This has been happening for over 30 years. Many lives have been lost and just as many accidents causing serious injuries. The road needs help.

Needs to be widened and with the new gas tax hike there should be funds to address this safety concern

I live in Boron. If commuting to Victorville or Ridgecrest I must travel 395. I hate going that way due to the dangers!

Most of us, as Ridgecrest residents know how many fatalities have taken place on 395. This number doesn't even address the accidents, resulting in serious injuries. How many more will lose their lives before action is taken to make 395 four lanes? Even 14 is safer than 395.

I’m tired of loved ones dying on this road because the piece of crap government won’t fix it. Lives should be more important than your money, thieves.

How many more deaths need to happen for this road to be widened!?! At this point, the state and county are negligent by not fixing it, and should be on the hook legally for every death until it's fixed.
