I used to live very close to the 395 I would always tell my two kids never to drive on that Highway because I always felt it was just too dangerous.

I travel this highway everyday for work. I see this almost every day as well. We should also pass the law to make it mandatory to keep right unless passing only.

We have driven this for years coming from Northern Nevada to visit relatives. It's terrible from Ridgecrest to the 15. Too many impatient people.

More lanes should have been made years ago when the cost was cheaper. Reguardless of the cost today the citizens will benefit enormously with the addition of lanes to the 395. Safety for our loved ones has no price.

I hate this highway. I’m one of the people who will drive miles around to the 14 to avoid 395. My husband and I got run off the road and totaled our car because of the terrible drivers on this road. I was dumbfounded when they redid part of 395 and removed some of the passing lanes. This is the most ridiculous stretch of highway. It needs to be fixed desperately to help safety. There is enough space for most of it to be a 4 lane highway 2 lanes in each direction. Someone needs to fix this.

395 use to have more passing lanes before the “improvements” this is a dangerous place and our politicians and officials in Washington need to take notice and make changes. Screw the Bullet Train and fix 395

Separating the north and south bound lanes using krails would be a good start.
