I live off the 395. I'm on it all the time. Within 3 weeks we had 4 fatalities right by my house. I believe Seneca and the 395 need a light. Also north a little more needs these medians and passing lanes. We lose people at least once a week on this highway.

It seems like evry once in a while. Small amounty of time at that i hear of some big crash that killed some people was always wondering when they would make it safe its about time
