~ She was given the worst legal help whom only spent 15 minutes with her before trail.
~ The scissors found in her car were rounded.
~She had a poor background (rejected, miscarriages, depression, abusive boyfriends)
~ Etc...
I think she should be charged with something as it was obvious she had some role in this but death? No.

Please look at Linda's case again. I feel in my heart that lady is innocent and every time I think about it, my eyes are filled with tears. Please to whom it may concern, please have mercy. I believe in my heart, if you were to give Linda a lie detector test, you would see that she is really innocent. Keep praying Linda. Kind regards.

Cases like these show the issues that lie with the death penalty being used as a punishment in general. The lawyer she originally had should be ashamed in himself for the way that he conducted her case. The damage that he did to her case with his negligence is tremendous. I find it truly upsetting that something out of this lady's control can decide if she lives or dies. In different situations, with more money and a better lawyer, the outcome of this case could have been VERY different.

Inshallah this woman is spared execution! I believe she does not deserve to die! There is more reasons for her to have her life than there is reasons for her to die! Execution should be banned, no one should be allowed to take anyones life apart from the one above!
