Inshallah this woman is spared execution! I believe she does not deserve to die! There is more reasons for her to have her life than there is reasons for her to die! Execution should be banned, no one should be allowed to take anyones life apart from the one above!

Due to the lack of plausible evidence in this case, it is impossible to suggest that Linda Carty is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. For this reason I believe that A) it would be entirely unconstitutional to uphold her currant conviction and B) it would go against the moral fiber of humanity to refuse a re-trial. If this sentence is carried out it will highlight the flaws of the death penalty as punishment and also highlight Texas as a state committed to carrying out cruel and inhumane sanctioning.
