Very moved to hear of Linda's death row story. Appeal needed.

With all the flaws in this case, I think this woman at least deserves the right to an appeal.

It's hard to say whether Linda Carty is guilty or innocent and quite frankly it would take someone much smarter than me to find that out. But what I do know from looking at her case is that her trial was far from fair and there is no justice in an unfair trial. So I sign this petition to help this poor woman for everything she has endured unfairly and unequally.

Don't Execute Linda. The US Court System is Messed Up

Please do not let this obviously innocent woman be put to death due to the inadequacy of her lawyer. Why does a human life have no value or meaning anymore?

Linda did not get a fair trial and so therefore surely cannot be put to death. Please reconsider this outcome and even consider re trying the case with a competent defence lawyer.

An appalling travesty. And the British government is being utterly useless. There is so much wrong with what has happened to Linda Carty, it is hard to know where to start. Horrific.

Guilty or not this poor woman's trial was horrendously carried out and has put her life in serious jepordy. Personally I think she is likely to be innocent.

I pray yhat your innocence is proven going over your case information it is clear something went horribly wrong in due process of your trial, what is amazingly wrong here is no one in the Texas jurisdictional system is willing to admit their wrong doing so they would let this woman be executed, the governor should be ashamed buy we all have to face one main judge. Dont let a innocent woman die

This is clearly a grave miscarriage of justice

Unless you are 100% certain no one should be executed. This is certainly no where near 100% and should be re-tried.

I believe that if nothing else she should be retried and be allowed a lawyer who is not completely inept at the law.

Signing in solidarity with Linda in the hope that together we can make a difference and Linda will be reprieved.

The british society needs to work together to help Linda Carty prove her inoccence and help get her off of death row. This case needs as much support as possible.

As a holder of British citizenship, I feel that irrespective of Linda's implication in this crime she should not be facing the death penalty. As a British citizen myself, I can only hope that Linda is spared execution as would only be right. Regardless of her culpability, killing this woman is not the answer. An eye for an eye will leave the whole world blind.
