In my opinion after reviewing the case Linda is TOTALLY INNOCENT with out a doubt. How can anyone not see that the thugs who supposedly on their own free will pointed the finger at Linda, even a blind man could see that the system offered theses cowards a deal they absolutely couldn't refuse, to save their own lives what COWARDS. God knows all and for everyone knowingly involved in shafting this innocent lady will certainly have to answer to God. I pray that Linda is not only spared her life but is set free to live and enjoy the rest of her natural life with her family.

I was moved by the apparent lack of defence that Linda received as part of her trial originally as laid out in the recent UK Channel 4 documentary about Linda and her life. It is shameful that a British national is facing the death penalty, particularly a lady who has clearly seen much suffering prior to being incarcerated, which would therefore provide plentiful mitigating circumstances. Even more so when there are many unanswered questions that surround her case, and the crime that she is waiting to be executed for. To Linda: I hope that you are able to one day prove your innocence and/or at least get the opportunity to be with your family once more, stay strong, and know that there are many people thinking of you and praying for your cause.

This woman was not properly defended by a lawyer and was convicted on the word of those who were known to have kidnapped the mother and the baby. This is too filmsy evidence to put a woman to death.

My heart goes out to Linda and her family, I feel there is more evidence showing her innocence than guilt.

It is scary to think that a person's fate can be sealed seemingly so flippantly and with the glaring incompetencies of her defence team. She deserves a fair trial with lawyers who care and are capable of the job they are tasked with.

In the interests of justice a review of the trial should be heard.

An eye for an eye only made the whole world blind. This woman was not given a fair trial so this death would be no better than what you accuse he of. God is the only one who sees everything, don't play God

I think the death penalty is a blatant disregard for human life and if the Texas justice system does not allow Linda an appeal after the unprofessional way the trial was handled then that is the biggest crime. How many more lives have been ruined by incompetent lawyers?
I am British and I hope our government will help as it seems the State that should be concerned about taking murderers off their streets have turned their back on the getting the truth.

I can't say I believe she is innocent, but that is up to a jury after they hear her case in a new trial, which she deserves. How her trial was not thrown out is beyond me, how she was convicted on criminals alone, looking for better sentences.Lindas rights regardless if we like it or not were not given to her, she needs a fair trial, whats going on in are country. God bless Joana today is the 13th year she has been gone, her son just turned 13 hope he and his dad is doing well.

Lack of defense and the opportunity to testify fails to warrant an execution without a fair trial.
