how can she ever have been found guilty? On what evidence? This is a sick world indeed and her first lawyer needs to be struck off.

Linda Carty is innocent, in my opinion, I studied the science of micro-gestures, and I am just offering support, if this could be passed on please, thank you. It looks like the guilty man who confessed was involved with the Texas Police in setting up Linda Carty, who is just an innocent British school teacher, and a family woman who does not deserve the death penalty. Her ex-boyfriend the Police officer has used the power of the law to carry out his revenge on an innocent woman. The Texas justice system is an abhorrent stain on America, and an insult to British people. The death penalty is simply murder, that is being aided and abetted by a corrupt court and Police system in Texas. That British woman should be free to return to her family, this case should be dropped before it does any more damage to the reputation of the Great Nation of America.

She deserves a fair trial.

I believe that she was set up. Give her the fair trial that she deserves, not the bad hand that she was dealt originally.

This woman has been through enough. There is not enough evidence to prove her guilt and even if she is guilty the amount of trauma that lead up to this point should be considered enough to make the death penalty null and void in her case. If she is guilty life in prison should be her sentence.

How is this still going on??? and after such a flawed trial. My thoughts are with Linda, her family and the victims of this terrible case.

I believe the fact that death penalty still exists in our "civilised" society is outrageous. But hearing and reading about Linda's has made me realise that in her case this is wrong on so many more levels. the "justice" system can be a very flawed and scary thing. I truly hope that sense will be seen and commend all who have been helping to shed light and spread the knowledge.

The death penalty is unjust and this lady has clearly got grounds to appeal the death penalty.

As human life is the greatest known value, we are all obliged to do our best to save it, preserve it and protect it as long, as it is possible. Whether Ms. Carty is guilty or not, she deserves a fair trial. There is no good reason for denying her right to take advantage of each possibility granted her by international and US law. Wrongful executions weaken the State and make it lose its moral grounds to serve justice.

I don't believe this lady was given a fair trial and think that its a disgrace that she has been sentenced to death without having had a fair trial.

Please do justice and save this grandmother from death

Her lawyer did Not do his job! That in itself shouldn't put Linda to death. Even the worst harden criminals get better lawyers than the one who helped convict her and sent her to death row.

This is a terrible miscarriage of justice. Linda Carty should never have been convicted, and would not have been had she had a proper lawyer to help her.

Free Linda - it makes a mockery of America's justice system.
