Because of Ric Wyman\'s refusal to accede to the wishes of the (former) Board of Directors, which has resulted in the resignations of four of those former board members, and because of Ric Wyman\'s inability to work with important members of the Jamestown community, in particular, the leaders of the two major local foundations (Gebbie and Sheldon), which has resulted in their refusal to further support the Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Center, and because of Pat Brininger\'s irresponsible public statement on local Jamestown TV asserting that such funding was not needed, and because of Ric Wyman and Pat Brininger\'s irresponsible and reprehensible treatment of the Center\'s major donors, Mary and Bill Rapaport, which has resulted in their withdrawal of their promised donation of the former Jones Bakery building for use as the permanent home of the museum, the withdrawal of any further support by them for the Center, and the withdrawal of any further support by them for all other charitable organizations in Chautauqua County, and because of Ric Wyman\'s repeated restrictions on whom employees and volunteers of the Center may associate with when not working for the Center, which are probably illegal under New York State Labor Law, Article 7, Section 201-D, paragraph 2c ( http://public.leginfo.state.ny.us/menugetf.cgiCOMMONQUERY=LAWS ), we, the undersigned members, former members, employees, former employees, volunteers, former volunteers, community members, and/or Lucy-Desi fans do hereby demand that the current Board of Directors of the Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Center demand that Ric Wyman and Pat Brininger either resign immediately in the best interests of the Center or else be fired.
