The commingling of air and water craft has worked well for years. Why try to change something that does not need fixing. Besides, Lake Union is for ALL citizens equally, and should not be given over to one private company.

Bad idea. What about all the sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards?

Please keep this gem of a recreational area open to all.

The lake works fine as it is. I don’t need a private company taking control over such a huge swath disrupting boating for everyone

Lake Union should be for all to enjoy. Please don’t allow Kenmore air to have more flights in and out of the lake. It’s already too hectic with all the planes!

It’s a public space!!!!!!! I have used lake union recreationally for decades, and it is one of my favorite places in the city. If Kenmore air does this, it would ruin the space.

We do not need more air traffic over/on Lake Union. In a city fraught with congestion, noise, and construction, Lake Union is a unique respite. Please preserve it. Do not allow Kennmore Air to expand.

Lived on the lake 6 years... Already loud and disruptive enough as it is!

Not concerned about environmental claims. Would like to keep the lake open for all to use without exclusion zones.

Your lack of information is disconcerting. The seaplanes still have to give way. The lights just warn that one is coming. Seems like your opposed to safety.

The only comments I’ve seen that I agree with is that, “this is wrong on so many levels” but it’s the way over-exaggerated MIS-INFORMATION the author, who can’t even title his article correctly, is trying to convince you of.

Lake union is a special resource to the people of seattle and while shared with seaplanes should not be dominated by them. This proposed runway goes way to far

Don’t privatize public waterways for commercial gains.

Further privatization of public space is not acceptable.
