This could happen with any dog!! They need to meet and get properly introduced to each other. It didn’t seem like that ever happened.
Euthanizing the dog for this is unfair. The dogs were not at fault.

I've met this dog and he's a sweet heart! All my dogs in the past have met other dogs they don't get along with. It's just differing personalities, it doesn't mean the dog are vicious in any way!

I am the Director at the BGWCHS. I have been here 20 years, and we have seen many incidents over the years. If ever dog was deemed vicious that was in a fight, thousands of great dogs would lose their lives. These owners are going above and beyond to save their dog, and I have NEVER witnessed a judge demand a dog be put down after one situation like this. I pray the little dog is ok, and I pray Jax gets to live a long happy life with his owners.

If he had attacked a child, I could possibly understand euthanasia being used. However, we all know we can't control the actions of two animals together. That is completely unfair to put all the blame on one & not the other.
