This is nature, little dogs ALWAYS PROVOKE, don't kill Jax for action to reaction! The little dog is fine. If jax wanted it dead it would be dead!

Please don’t destroy this family pet because of one incident. Years of nothing happening have to be taken into consideration. Our pets are like our children. Please give him a chance to show he’s not aggressive.

Dogs -just like people- do not have to like another animals. They to get annoyed or simply just don’t like other dogs around them. Dogs are dogs. He is not vicious. You are killing a dog because he is being a dog. Owners should have been more aware. Incidents happen all of the time. Spare this dog. You are trying to control an animal. When he is just that an animal. Why don’t you euthanize some people instead of this innocent babies.

This really could happen to anyone! My own dog can be a little skittish and confrontational with dogs she doesn’t know but is the sweetest and most loving dog. I’d be devastated if something like this happened to her.

Working professionally with animals for over 25 years as a Veterinary Nurse, & Wildlife Rehabilitator, & rescuer, I can tell you that dog fights do unfortunately happen, but in no way does that mean the dog is vicious, unpredictable, or aggressive....Dogs do fight, and the smaller one usually never wins... This dog did not attack a human, and therefore should not be euthanized. Any Judge who would want to have this dog put to death for a dog fight, doesn't know anything about animal behavior, and therefore makes him/her incapable of such decision making. The owners have moved, the dog will have his own dog run. The Judge needs to allow the dog to go back home!

Save Jax he doesn't deserve to have his life taken for something dogs do all the time the other dog is ok so why should he have to be put to sleep maybe the other dog done something to trigger him small dogs are not the nicest. Prayers for jax

This is ridiculous to have this dog euthanized without truly knowing him. He should be able to get a fair judge who understands animals and not one that doesn't like them and won't even listen to the whole thing and meet him. Know all the facts first!
