Powys is losing their full time fire fighters. In Newtown we feel this could put lives at risk. With the traffic problems we all ready have in the town, fire officers could struggle to get to the station. If there is a delay in the fight fighters response time (through no fault of their own) then this could result in loss of life’s and properties being burn to the ground.
