My son works there and he knows exactly how bad the traffic is. The council needs to wake up and see what they are doing to this town.
TOTAL B.S. You cant just cut corners on emergency services when lives are on the line. Stop this now.
This is madness. Newtown traffic is already a nightmare especially around the bridge. Cutting these jobs is going to end in tragedy.
How will they get to the station in time with all the gridlock? Seriously bad idea. Save our fire crews before someone gets hurt.
Ridiculous decision. We need the pros on hand 24/7. Not okay to gamble with our safety like this.
