My wee dog Fudge is a 19 month old fourche terrier (westie/yorkie) mix, when he was 15 months old he got out of the house by accident there was a young boy who got very afraid and jumped up onto me causing me to fall over, when Fudge seen this he bit at him and he got hurt (no stiches just markes to his thigh and ankle). I have just been to court and the judge ordered a destruction order which i have appealed until next month. I did everything i could to save him i put in a safety gate so he could not escape again extra locks on doors so my children cant let him out, im even in the process of building a fence around my house. I got a very well known dog acessor out and he said that i had spoiled him and made him very protective but this can be fixed and that he is not an aggressive dog at all, so im going to attend training classes and changed a few things to make him less domenant. I need help because this is my last chance and my children are devistated i dont know what else to do. PLEASE HELP



Update   -   Just to let everyone know im in court on the 1st September,  I have built a huge fence around the garden and he is completely blocked in, i now have lots of rules around the house and my trainer has tought me a lot and i never never let him off the lead.  He has had strangers come up to him a stroking him and he loves it, just hope i can prove that hes not bad in court.
