Our small towns need the local jobs and the care and smiles they give the children who are there for 8 hrs a day need that contact.

As an educator, I've seen the difference between in and outsourced foods. Please reconsider!

The women in our cafeterias are not only great lunchladies but they also looked after myself and others in high school. They are kind, caring people and the school would be worse off without them

Another wonderful resource taken away from children. As a former lunch lady some children need to have someone they know looking out for them. They seek resource and guidance from us.

Important jobs for people who live in and care about our town and children. It also employs some folks with disabilities who will have an especially hard time finding new work. Do we really want so many strangers in our schools?

I am shocked and saddened by the thought of loosing our food service employees! They know our children so well and do an OUTSTANDING job providing our children’s what they need. Please keep Ellington Food Services!

These jobs are so important for the town of Ellington. Not to mention that ALL schools already have a full kitchen. Outsourcing this service doesnt make sense.
