Duffy Field is an important neighborhood resource. When we walk & play there, we have the chance to reconnect with nature. We have heaven beneath our feet!! Please don't place a layer of plastic on top & then charge us to use the field!! We say NO to DNS foorball field!!

I am an alumni of both Midland Street School and Doherty and have used Duffy field since my time in elementary school for gym class and spree days to playing ultimate frisbee after high school. My own daughter uses the playground now. It is a quiet neighborhood park and my family would like it to stay that way.

Our children especially need and deserve to have green space in their own neighborhood that is not dominated by the big kids and adults, cars and whatever else. Don’t destroy this Worcester neighborhood.

Let kids have a place to play outside!! Otherwise it will b indoor video games! Exercise and fresh air badly needed!! Save this park!
