Save our green space

Please don’t use this area. There are many other locations for a structure for apartments. Choose another space such as the blighted Chesterfield Mall and the massive empty parking lot there.

We don’t need another apartment building! How about a good restaurant with some little boutique shops!

Rezoning this area to "Urban Core" turns an area with great potential into just another eyesore that adds nothing but more congestion.

I think changing the zone is a great idea if you want to take away some of Chesterfields beauty and uniqueness.

Please do not alter the zoning of this parcel of land, one of the most beautiful and unique areas in Chesterfield. The existing zone will add functionality while retain the beauty of the green space.

I live in Chesterfield. Traffic is bad enough already. Please don’t allow this zone change.

No more apartments, especially by this developer. His last project was a huge eye sore.

Please reconsider this plan. The time has come to start managing Chesterfield’s growth rather than continuing it. The proposed development is likely too cause more trouble than benefit and is inconsistent with the city’s values.

The density, congestion , and aesthetics of this proposed change of use project would negatively impact the look and feel of what is otherwise a community gem and deviates significantly from original conceptual plans. I do not support the change in zoning.

Going by the quality and aesthetics of the construction of the apts at the intersection of Lydia Hill Dr and Chesterfield Pkwy by this builder, i strongly oppose approving any further projects by this builder in Chesterfield.

No more apartments. Our city council members need to listen to the residents. No one wants to see more apartments in this area. Our infrastructure can’t handle this and apartments being nothing positive to the area. Chesterfield city leaders need to focus on doing somersaults positive with Chesterfield Mall.

Thanks, Dave, we have too many apartments now and the Watermark apts. are ugly and depressing. We don’t need more.

Please look at current spaces (Chesterfield Mall) vs. cutting down more trees and grassy areas.

I oppose the rezoning and the potential for even more apartments!
