We live way out in chesterfield partly because of all of the greenspace it affords. It’s be such a shame to develop even more of it. Chesterfield needs more of a community vibe and development like this won’t help.

Original proposal by a local company way just great and this is an awful way to ruin a great green space

I am not a resident of Chesterfield but have several family members who are. I have had the pleasure of enjoying Central Park and the surrounding area. To allow this area by an out of town developer is disgraceful. Residents have to start taking responsibility for their own area.

ive gone to that park my entire life and it holds so many memories. if anything were to happen to that place for some measly apartments, it would tear me apart. leave the memories of many. there is so much land here we can build apartments at, but dont hurt the land where i grew up.

Please no more apartments until school overcrowding is addressed. If Chesterfield decides more apartments are needed, there are better areas to utilize than the green space near the amphitheater and library.

Thought our parks were a big part of who we are as a city. That area is wonderful...the Y, Central Park, the amphitheater and the library all bring us together as a community. Please don’t change the feel of community with more apartments in that area. Thank you.

Stick to the original plan. Chesterfield needs to quit building and keep green space. Keep trees and keep green space for us residents to enjoy. We pay quite a bit living here and love Chesterfield with green space.

I think we have enough rental units in Chesterfield, we don’t have the infrastructure to support them!

Stick to Master Plan. It was well thought out. This suggested change is not. It only benefits the Builder. Not the City of Chesterfield.
