So many housing complexes added recently. Definitely don't need to pack in any more!

This proposal is not consistent with the Envision Chesterfield concept plan. It will negatively impact the use of the park, and amphitheater, and the many community events held in the area. In its present form, it should be denied.

Let's re-purpose the mall, but other than that, we don't need anymore development around the Chesterfield corridor. Construction is currently booming and If this keeps up, we'll need to widen Wildhorse to 4 lanes. Plus, we just added two apartment complexes so that's enough for now. The Rockwood schools are already busting at the seams too.

Please do not rezone this parcel of land. We need more green space not less. It’s so pretty the way it is and apartments are not needed.

Please please do not rezone the property by the Central Park. In the last few years Chesterfield has added hundreds of apartments; we need to keep green space and add features of the original Downtown Chesterfield that benefit all residents. I and many others feel the look of the existing Watermark apartments is very unappealing and would hate to see another massive development half a block away.

As a fan of the Chesterfield Amphitheater this sounds like a terrible idea.

I would prefer that the rezoning be for “Parkland”, but if not, that it be left as it is. The property is adjacent to current “parkland” and is often used to facilitate events that are brought to Chesterfield. Such green space is necessary as Chesterfield is becoming too dense with the recent additions of both apartments and homes. Please deny this request for a zoning change!

Let’s keep the entire park green, and SAFE for all to enjoy. Enough traffic. We are becoming too contested!

Use up the empty space in the Chesterfield Mall.
