I spent the entire morning reading through the stories people are posting and it really hits home how much this school is the heart of the village. It feels like they just look at spreadsheets while we are looking at real kids losing their playground and teachers who actually know their names. I have been putting together a packet of these testimonials for the council because they need to see that this is about more than just some modern program or budget line.

I honestly never thought the momentum would pick up this fast and it is just wild to see so many people from the village and beyond standing up for our school. My phone has been buzzing non-stop and it really proves that David Jones and the rest of the council cannot just ignore what we have built here because this is so much bigger than just a few buildings.

this is a massive mistake. you cant just shut down the heart of the village like this. leave our school alone
Disgraceful. My kids go here and it is a fantastic school. Powys council needs to stop looking at spreadsheets and think about real people for once.
so many memories in this building. it would be a total waste to close it down when it is doing so well academically. shame on you david jones
rural schools are all we have left. stop centralizing everything into these massive impersonal hubs. leave clyro alone.
the teachers here are brilliant and the kids are so happy. why fix what isnt broken?? ridiculous.
