I've worked in film for nearly 30 years and Bray is a rich part of our film history. It's essential that it's saved!

Having worked there for 4 years I am completely astounded and saddened that this great institution will no longer be around. Barry studio maintenance.

Had the privilege to visit Bray studios last week. A crying shame it's being treated with such disregard.

Such an important site that had a huge impact on the British film industry should not be lost to developers. We have already seen Television Centre go for the sake of luxury flats and coffee shops. It still could be a perfectly viable studio !

Please take care of the history. I hate the digital world and those old cinemas, buildings needs a place for as long as possible.

Please do not demolish these iconic studios, surely there is an alternative! A Museum perhaps?

I worked at Bray using 5 lasers on rehearsals for a Cliff Richard tour in the 1980's. I remember the setting and atmosphere as inspiring and very relaxed and so especially conducive to both technical excellence and considered creativity - surely what a studio should be about. The place is unique.

This is not the way to revive the building industry . This is not the property type we need . These luxury houses won't solve the housing crisis the country faces.

Since I was a child I have watched the Peter Cushing's works and the "Bray Films Studios" deserves to survive . The history, the legacy needs to be preserved to the future. We need to remember its history. We can do that.

Bray Studios is one of the only surviving landmarks of the British film industry. It must be saved, it will be a terrible loss to the world of film , if it is destroyed.

Please look at alternative ways of keeping it open, such as a museum or tours. It has to be saved.
