Sell it to the buyers of Oakley court who may value it more than a bunch of non-waterfront new builds that will never pay for the renovation of the main house.
The planning permission recently won has actually devalued the site!
Permission came with huge conditions. Cash ones!

This cannot be allowed to proceed. What is it with property developers. They have no soul, and if anyone of them possessed a heart, it surely deserved a stake through it.

I can't imagine the wealth of British history without Bray Studios. The place is hallowed ground for those that aspire to great things. Having been there twice, I can attest to the power the location has as a historical monument to creative British ingenuity. To erase this site is simply a very poor idea. Just as the British film industry is seeing an a new surge in award-winning productions to erase the past achievements of British Film is terribly poor judgement. Please save Bray!

There is NOT enough room here to fully explain we are ALL adamant that Bray Film Studios should definitely be saved from being demolished and converted into a luxury housing development!
