Bray Studios possibly torn down for condos. Soundstage 28 at Universal Studios possibly removed to enlarge the theme park area. Just shows a general lack of respect for movie history isn't unique to just one country...

Please do not this iconic studio be turned into a housing estate. Its should be left as a monument (or even a museum) to what was once a great british industry that was recognized in and around the movie, and public, world

It would be a tragedy to not preserve this site of so many famous and well-loved films.

Bray Studios is the last bit of purely British Film History which really can be saved. It's a legacy which shouldn't be wasted for the sake of greed. You should be proud that it still exists, and try everything to save it.

No need for more luxury housing in bray!! This is our history and as a film and media production teacher I would hate to see this local studio knocked down. I would love to bring my students along to film here and demonstrate that British film is alive and can grow. Getting rid of film history like this is just for more money is unthinkable. We need this studio to stay open as a film / music studio and to use it for local film education!

Once our history is gone it is impossible to get back. We need to protect it while we can!

This is a part of our cultural heritage and must be saved. Too many of places are being swallowed up in the name of greed.

No wonder the British film industry has all but disappeared when the sheer greed of developers is allowed priority. Once the studios have gone they will never re-appear

It is unfathomable that such an iconic building and what it represents to film history, should face demolition!!? May The Reptile Hissss, The Mummy's cloth wrapped feet and The Prince of Darkness himself return to stop this tragedy...NOW!!

There is so much film, television and musical history associated with bray studios. it would be a travesty to see it demolished for personal gain. these studios should be preserved for the general public to visit

Why on earth should the brazen commercial interests of Luxury Housing be allowed to Destroy an iconic cultural legacy!?

History alone should be enough to preserve this famous land mark, without it being greenbelt land
