I know Ann, Janet, Carol and Jenny at the bank, they looked after my mother's account and helped me sort out her affairs after her death. It was a personal service in my local town. It's a bank with a heart, not a faceless place with staff I don't recognise. Similarly the fire station is a vital service that helps make Bewdley the proud town that it is. Please don't take these vital parts of our town's character away.

How can we be a town without a bank?
It'll make life harder for a lot or people having to travel into Kidderminster. Can we even rely on that branch being kept open?

I used to live inbewdley. There was so many banks and convenient places to go to get your cash out. And talk to your bank. Please think of the residents who still reside in bewdley. Please dont take everything from them. Do you really want Bewdley to look as bad as what Kidderminster looks like. Where you have so many empty shops, when the town used to be a town but now your shops are in weavers wharfs. Please think about your customers and passing trade. Dont close dont HSBC, it has been there at least 16 yrs from what I remember if not longer. Please think about what your doing to all the locals

Living In Highley & being self employed makes the Bewdley branch of HSBC the most convienient branch for us to do our business banking. If we loose this branch WE WILL change banks as it means it will no longer be an easy & convienient bank to use. We also use the local shops in Bewdley when we stop to bank but without it we will have no reason to support the local shops as we will go else where to bank.

only changed to this bank, because it was in Bewdley. Will now look to other banks that provide better offers!

Bewdley is a big enough town, so why no bank? Banks should serve communities, not mammon.

The bank is the only one left in Bewdley think about people who cannot travel to Kiddy either by car or bus.You will loose customers making it Ghost town ,

Having just moved to Bewdley 4 years ago, i decided to open up a HSBC account as it was on my door step to make my life easier. Every Town no matter how small needs a Bank. Its unfair to businesses and everybody who uses this branch, we need to think of our elderly too. We need to boost the economy not destroy it!
