We the undersigned note: 1) The failure of the so-called consultation by oyal Mail to fully consider the impact of the closure of Barlow Road Post Office on the local community. 2) The decision by Royal Mail to close the Post Office by Tuesday the 23rd September. 3) Manchester City Council\'s view that local Post Offices play a \"vital role\" in the community, and the cross-party opposition to Post Office closures that exists within the Council. Accordingly we call on the Council to take urgent action, including financial support, to prevent the closure of our Post Office.
