Help us save Kroll\'s Hilly Acres Animal Farm

The Kroll\'s Hilly Acres Animal Farm is in danger of being shut down by a bill that has been sent to the Governor. If he were to sign it, this would ban ownership of exotic animals from everyone except zoos, circuses, fairs, research facilities, animal shelters, and veterinary offices of which the Kroll Farm does not apply. They can be \"grandfathered in\" if they agree to pay a $500 fee per banned animal, have each animal micro-chipped and agree to other fees/regulations. The cost of the fees alone would be far too great for them to afford. Therefore most of the animals would have to be euthanized since all of the \"qualified\" organizations that the animals could be taken to are full. Please help us save these animals from this fate. The Kroll family farm helps protect these animals and gives the public a way to interact with animals that they would not normally be able to. If you would like to speak out about this bill, sign this petition and ask for an amendment that would include the farm as a qualified organization to house these animals.
