Cheap Draft was a hilarious comedy pilot which aired on CBC (Jan.3/06). It was shot in Halifax and had a brilliant young cast and an amazing writer/director. I watched Cheap Draft with my friends and we couldn\'t wait to tune in again. We then learned that it was a one-off pilot and the CBC had to pick it up. Well guess what The CBC passed. What a HUGE disapointment. We are well aware of the mistakes made by the CBC over the years. Here\'s hoping they reconsider the decision to not pick up Cheap Draft and give this brilliant little show the chance it deserves.
