Vulture called its cancellation one of the "worst TV decisions" of the 2012-2013 season." It has been called "the Best Comedy of the 2011-2012 season" and prior to its cancellation "the best show on TV." Critics adored it! But the network moved it around on their schedule too often for people to keep up. And at the time, ABC thought Modern Family was the only comedy that mattered. Which may be why so many people didn't even know about it when it WAS on.
It's so good that VH1 and Logo both bought the syndication rights to the show even though there were only 57 episodes. (Thanks you two for that. But you know what would have drawn more viewers: picking it up for season four) They devoted their New Years' and Labor Day weekend respectively to Happy Endings marathons showing all 57 episodes!
...Hey Hulu, Hey. What's up? ...So that was awesome that you picked up The Mindy Project after it's cancellation. You know what show would be go great teamed up with Mindy? Happy Endings. Casey Wilson is already affiliated with Hulu (The Hotwives) and Adam Pally is on Mindy. And they could do both. (Pally is(/was? No. IS.) a recurring character, and the first season of Hotwives (of Orlando) was filmed in seven days.) Just a suggestion. Don't feel pressured. You're lucky that you picked up Mindy because that alone gives you my unwavering love, so even if you don't pick up HE, I'll still love you.
But any other networks or streaming services that I am indifferent towards: Here's your chance to earn my love and the love of millions!

The dialogue on this show was so fast and clever that the average sitcom watcher that just wants easy laughs didn't appreciate the wit. If Netflix or Hulu brought it back, it would do amazingly with old and new fans.
ABC 100% ruined Happy Endings by bouncing them around with what day they would be on. This never gave the show a chance to survive. It is one of my all-time favorite shows, and someone needs to pick this up!
This was the greatest show! I'm in Aus and it barely got aired here but I still own every season and every person I how hasn't heard of it but are immediately converted and asking why they hadn't seen it. Comedy gold. Live to see it back but a lot of time has passed. Fingers crossed
Happy Endings was the funniest show on TV. My daughters and I looked forward to every week to watch it. Even when the format started to change and the time slots, we were still faithful because the show had good solid actors and great bones. Cancelling Happy Endings was a mistake.
This remains as the worst decision the network has made, happy endings had its own Uhmf and could easily be in the same league as modern family, bring it back. We want more. Pure comedic genius and loveable simplicity

This is one of my absolute favorite shows of all time, and probably one of the best comedies ever made. It's a fast-paced, incredibly witty work of art! If other underdog comedy masterpieces like 30 Rock, Community, and Cougar Town could reach (at least) six seasons, this one deserves the same.
